The room was fairly large and offered good value for money, but the self‑check‑in process was a bit tricky to navigate.

The cleaning staff was friendly and the place stayed tidy, but we missed a small fridge and had to get our key from another location called Schönblick.

“Zufrieden”

The Pension Krone sits on the connecting road between Mutlangen and Großdeinbach, opposite the Himmelsgarten – ideal for families with children and easily reachable from Schwäbisch‑Gmünd. Parking at the property is sufficient. After booking, you receive a written access code for the pension where the room key is ready. The room matched the description and was clean. Because we had a city appointment at 13:00 and the pension’s arrival time starts at 15:00, we were granted early entry between 12:00 and 13:00 after some correspondence, which we greatly appreciated and thanked for. We can only recommend the Pension Krone; it’s simply good. The only issue was that the kitchen sink’s strainer was a bit calcified, a minor detail.

“Ist in Ordnung”

The room is modernly furnished. There is no staff on site; I had to pick up the key at the seminar centre. No breakfast on site, but there were plenty of parking spaces. Public transport access is somewhat poor. Walking to the seminar centre is a bit complicated.
