The place was beautiful, spotless, and situated in a fantastic spot, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us.

The room is immaculate and shines with exceptional cleanliness. The location is unbeatable, in a very safe and quiet area, with excellent public transport access to move around the city with ease. María Fernanda, a super host, responds instantly to any question and gave all instructions clearly and perfectly from the start. 10/10

The place was absolutely spotless, but perhaps a small table could be added to the room.

The room was clean, roomy, and the location was near one of the main attractions, the Oceanographic. However, there was only a thin bed sheet to cover with at night, which turned out to be insufficient as the temperature dropped a bit during our stay. The open closet had some rough edges that caused me a big scratch on my forearm; I did not expect the furniture to be like this, it should definitely be fixed or replaced to prevent other guests from getting hurt. The pizza restaurant downstairs gets crowded at night, and the noise can be heard from the room.

I love everything, so here are the details. 1/ Organization: communication and explanations via WhatsApp with clear and quick answers. I loved the fully digital concept: booking, check‑in, and codes to enter the hotel and the room. It’s a joy not to have to search for a card in my bag. 2/ Logistics: a tiny complex of only 8 rooms. Everything is brand new, furnished, and decorated with care. There’s a beautiful, large common room where everyone can have coffee, a pastry, or a toasted sandwich. Everything is provided generously, and I also really appreciated the water bottles in the fridge. In the evening, after a long walk from the old town, it’s a happy moment. Thank you for these little touches that make a difference. The pool is very nice. We mainly used it between 15:00 and 18:00 because the rest of the time it was shaded. Summer must be great, but in September it starts to be borderline. We still enjoyed it. 3/ Rooms: beautiful, spacious, and with very good bedding. 4/ Location: a stone’s throw from the Turia, which allows you to reach the old town in 20 minutes on foot or with Valenbisi at 50 m. 15 minutes by car to Malvarrosa and the good side to go to the Albufera reserve. It’s hard to find parking during the day, but after 23:00 we always had spots within 50 m. One black point I submit to the management, which is very attentive to guests’ comfort: every night at midnight and later, the Italian restaurant on the ground floor raises the music volume and there are piles of terrace chairs that have to be moved into the restaurant. This noise is really unpleasant when you’re sleeping. Maybe you can point it out to them, and maybe it’s only localized to room 6.
