The location and view from our room were great, but the bed felt hard and a little old.

The view was gorgeous and the sitting area by the sliding door was nice, but our room sat right next to the exit door, so every slam was loud and we could hear people talking clearly; with the pool on the same end, the traffic made it very noisy.

The location was good, but since COVID I learned the hotel stopped cleaning rooms daily; at the end of our one‑week stay we were told we’d have to ask them to clean, and the toilet paper holder that shouldn’t be thrown into the bowl but into a nearby pot had never been replaced.
