Breakfast was tasty and comprehensive, the bathroom immaculate, and the hotel was well‑located; the facilities were generally beautiful and the furniture almost new, with staff very friendly and attentive. However, the air‑conditioning was practically nonexistent, the room felt hotter than outside, there were no fans to mitigate the heat, and the vents were poorly positioned so they didn’t blow directly onto the beds. It’s a real disappointment because everything else was perfect, but the lack of effective cooling is a non‑negotiable issue, especially in a city like Barrancabermeja.

The room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast was good, but the parking is located around the corner from the hotel, which is a minor inconvenience.
