The room was spotless and the breakfast was excellent, but the thermostat wouldn’t adjust and the room got very hot at night; this was in room 207.

The location was great and I really enjoyed the pool area. However, my keycard failed when I returned to the hotel around 845pm, and no one was at the front desk for over 30 minutes while I tried to settle my 2‑year‑old for bed. I understand a brief break is fine, but 30 minutes is unacceptable. Usually two staff members handle the desk, yet there was a long line of elderly guests checking in at that time. We finally went to the back room where someone was, but my keycard didn’t work again two more times the next morning. We were there for a funeral, and the overall experience didn’t improve the weekend.

The hot tub jets were not functioning.

The hotel was clean and modern, and the breakfast was nice. I was a bit disappointed that we couldn’t get the cot we had requested and had to ask for bedding for the pull‑out sofa bed; we were three people with only one bed, and I would have expected bedding to be in the room for that situation.
