I’ve stayed here more than once, and everything is very good.

“Good place with good location if you are passing through.”

The location, food, breakfast, and personnel were all 100% good. The only issue was that room 422 has no view of the outside—windows only on the roof, which feels odd, but it’s not the hotel’s fault.

Our family has called this place home for over seven years, and the convenient location, comfortable rooms, and cleanliness show the effort of a team that truly cares about both the grounds—where roses bloom—and the cozy, warm rooms. Even during these turbulent war years, it feels like an oasis amid Kyiv’s concrete jungle. Thank you for being there! The only downside was some mosquitoes, but that’s typical of most accommodations.
