A perfect base for a trip to Venice! Quiet, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped. A place we’ll return to in about two years for the next art biennale.

Fabienne was super friendly and helpful, giving clear explanations on how to best explore Venice. Her tip to take the boat from Fusina to Venice is a must‑do. Parking was easy and the boat ride to Venice was relaxing. The accommodation is wonderfully quiet, has a large pool, and lovely dogs.

The shower in the bathroom was worn out and I also found mold forming there.

“Super sted, afslappende med gode oplevelser.”

Fabienne greeted us warmly as soon as we arrived, speaking excellent English and making conversation easy while pointing out restaurants, beaches and other spots. The property feels very pleasant, with just enough apartments to keep things private, and our two youngest loved playing with Fabienne’s two dogs for hours. The pool area, pétanque court, table‑tennis table and a small basketball hoop were all great for the kids, and we’ll definitely consider returning someday. We really can’t think of any flaw to mention.
