Inn by the sfo

Not much to say I liked. I had a very strange “check in” experience. I talked to someone through a ring door bell and my key card was sitting in a planter outside. Very unprofessional. Very dirty. Trash everywhere outside the room. Saw some bugs in the room

The only redeeming quality of this hotel was its decent value for the price. However, that's where it ended. There was no coffee available, which was a major letdown. It's not like it's a hard thing to provide, but apparently, it was too much to ask from this place.

On the plus side, the location was great, and the car park was safe. The room was spacious, and the tub was low enough for me to get in and out easily. However, the bed was a major letdown - it was lumpy and hurt my hips. We also had trouble getting in touch with the office staff when we needed help, and the toilet was noisy and ran a lot. Overall, it was a mixed bag.

“I don't recommend this motel”

The motel's location was decent, but the staff left a lot to be desired. The woman who checked us in was unfriendly, and the lobby was locked, forcing us to communicate through a plastic window. We had to drag our damaged suitcase, which had only three wheels left, to a nearby restaurant to wait for my brother's arrival. On the plus side, there were some good restaurants within a 10-minute walk, and we were allowed an extra hour after checkout without charge.
