Hotel Orchid

If you like bunkers room go for it, only good thing is that the hotel have back stairs which connects to mg marg but there were around 200 steps which have to climb! Basic amenities are all gone, No lift facility, TV is good for nothing, we stay there for 2 days on the first day there was a signal issue(according to them) on the very second day that tv was not even in working condition, Same with the electronic kettle, they didn't even replace it, gave us luke warm water instead of hot water, ask for 4 tea pouches gaves us 2 only, no body wash, no bathing gel, gaves us hand soap for bathing purpose too, reception guy was also not even listening to any of the complaints and didn't even try to resolve it

“Most of the Amenities was not working”

Hotel location. Neither TV was working nor their extension phone was working, No lift you have to use stairs even for 4th floor

The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was good too. Rooms were good as well and the location is top notch. The Geyser stopped working once mid bath and had to call the staff but it worked out

Only watery potato sabji and maida puri were made available in breakfast, no fruit , no curd , no bread butter etc was made available. No room services call were attended. No lift for 3rd / 4th story, it was punishment for senior citizens . Only cash payments was accepted, credit card payments for hotel billing denied. During day hours / hot weather, no AC even fan were provided. Hotel entrance gate were locked in the night and were opened after 7:30 am . Thus morning walk was not possible
