Residence Inn Waynesboro

The rooms are clean and nice. However, the air conditioner didn’t cool the room to the desired temperature. I told the front desk and asked for a fan, but nothing was done about the temperature and no fan was provided.

The hotel’s location, the design of the rooms, the comfortable beds, and the friendly staff all stood out. The room felt a bit dated, but nothing major.

The beds were good, the pillows were good, the view was good, and the lobby cookies were good; the breakfast was better than average, the hotel staff were nice, and the room had good amenities and a nice view. The pillows were a little too soft. The price wasn’t bad but was higher than what I usually paid. Until the last few hours of my stay a constant smell of marijuana lingered in the hallway; we complained about it, but it took time to find the culprit. The toilet paper roll was stupidly far from the toilet and the shower controls were not the easiest thing to figure out.

The stay was lovely. The room was spacious and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The breakfast was good too! It’s a great base.

“I had a great weekend with my daughter, son in law and granddaughter’s we went skiing, shopping and just had an awesome”

Everyone was very friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything, and the place was very clean. Nothing; everything was great!
