The staff at this hotel were incredibly rude and unhelpful, which was a major letdown considering the hotel's great location. The room was small but spotless, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. However, the staff's attitude really overshadowed any positives, and I found myself feeling unwelcome throughout my stay. The hotel's proximity to public transportation was a definite plus, but it wasn't enough to make up for the poor service.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the whole price thing - they cancelled my booking because they didn't have the room I booked at the price I booked it for. It's just really frustrating, especially since I was looking forward to staying there. The location is great, but it's not worth the hassle. The staff were friendly, but it didn't make up for the whole mess.

The hotel's cleanliness was definitely a highlight, and the staff were super friendly. They seemed to genuinely care about making sure we had a comfortable stay. The only downside was the noise level, which was a bit of a problem. I guess it's not ideal when you can hear the traffic and other guests all night, but the staff did their best to help us out.
