The staff were amazing, very professional and friendly, and everything else was great – would definitely recommend Hawthorn as a top spot to stay!

The place was very peaceful and great located, but the shower was slippery and I almost fell—having a mat would have prevented that.

The property was very clean, yet our TV couldn’t connect to Wi‑Fi, so we couldn’t screen‑mirror or watch the World Cup.

Always a great stay; the staff were accommodating, friendly and gracious, breakfast was adequate though some main items (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy) were barely warm—only that disappointment, but there were several good alternatives; the room was spacious and very comfortable.
