The grounds, though still under construction, look nice and the lawn between the cabins is well maintained. The cabins themselves are pretty. The beds were comfortable. Outdoor seating comes with a folding table and folding chairs. During my single night there was one absolutely impractical issue – downstairs. The surroundings are beautiful, we know Sloupsko very well. In the one‑bedroom bungalow there is no wardrobe or storage space except for the beds. Even though the kitchen is included, the limited space provided by the fridge makes cooking difficult. The biggest flaw that makes us avoid this accommodation again is the automatic light in the entrance area (kitchen). Any tiny movement turns the light on, illuminating the living area at night; someone sleeping on a double bed gets a direct light shock. If you have a four‑legged companion who keeps moving at night, you won’t get much sleep (if you’re light‑sensitive). Conversely, in the morning, when you sit on the folding chair by the folding table for breakfast to avoid disturbing the still‑sleeping family member, don’t expect to read a book calmly. That activity is impossible unless you constantly wave your hands to keep the light off. Maybe a good idea for saving electricity, but it’s absolutely impractical.
