We loved our stay at Roam Yoga. The owners and staff were always kind and helpful. The food was great and the room had many nice touches

The garden is lush, with a lazy and harmless caiman roaming around. Meghan’s vegan kitchen offers vegan options, plus some non‑vegan dishes. Getting around by taxi boat is a breeze, and Red Frog Beach is close enough to be the perfect spot for swimming. Our room, the farthest from the center, was tucked into the jungle. At night it was very noisy and humid, especially since there’s no window—just well‑made mosquito nets that keep the bugs out.

You’ll feel like you’re sleeping in the Caribbean jungle. The cabin we stayed in had sea views, a bedroom area and a terrace to enjoy the scenery, plus a small fridge. The bathroom came fully equipped. Our stay was spectacular, and we even attended a $5 yoga class. Meghan and her family are charming and make your stay in Solarte easier. An unforgettable experience.
