I only liked that there was a swimming pool. The TV in the room was broken, and when I asked the hotel they said it was being repaired; the phone didn’t work either, the room was a bit small, not airy, had no view, and the price felt a little high.

“Everything is to be changed”

I recently stayed at a hotel that was situated right next to a fitness club with incredibly loud music. It was blasting until 10 pm and started again at 5 am, making it impossible for me to get a good night's sleep. The staff's response to our complaint was appalling, with the manager telling us that if we weren't happy, we could leave. I've lived in Vietnam for four years and have never encountered such a dismissive attitude from hotel staff.

Unfortunately, my stay at a hotel in Huế was marred by the unfriendly attitude of the staff. Despite their best efforts, their behavior left a lot to be desired.
