The rooms were filthy, with dirt everywhere and one room had a terrible odor. Someone even tried to open a door at midnight, and the locks were hard to secure from the inside.

Liked location, food, Smart TV, AC. Lift was non functional, Restaurant on roof top and my mother has to climb 3 flight of stairs, Reception guys where not so cheerful.No complimentary water

The room was spacious and comfortable, and there was plenty of staff at the reception. The surroundings were unpleasant, communication was difficult, there was a bit of foliage on the total to pay, and the breakfast was rather modest—unclear if it was included or not.

The staff here are really cool, that's what made my stay enjoyable. They're friendly and helpful, which is great when you're traveling.
