“Wouldn’t use again”

The location was good, the van was a decent size and offered a nice view of the lake. The van looked tired and could be great if it received some TLC; the cutlery and dishes felt dirty, and a smell of sweat and cigarettes on arrival was not very delightful, so cleaning standards need improvement.

The views were lovely and my daughter loved it, though the decking could have used a clean.

I had a very pleasant stay, exceptionally clean! Very well equipped, will definitely be booking again.

The caravan was very clean and tidy and homely; we loved that it was next to the lake and seeing all the geese and ducks waddling around it was just so peaceful x. The floor to the toilet feels like you’re going through it and the decking is the same besides that stunning place and well worth the money x.

Location next to fishing lake which was really nice. Looks like new carpet and upholstery on seating area however stains on the sofa, carpet. Needs a good clean, decking was dirty
