The bath was good, but there was a wait for the check‑in process because of the consecutive‑stay handling. On the second day, my card didn’t work smoothly either, so I had to deal with front‑desk staff.

“ほぼ満足でした”

I was satisfied with both the service and the facilities and would like to use them again. However, the information about the hot spring’s availability was not very accurate, so I couldn’t relax when it was supposedly free, and the water temperature was lukewarm.

I really like the black soup and have been coming a few times a year, always enjoying a comfortable stay overall. The welcome drink session is long and offers many options, which I love. However, the hotel staff who come into the bathroom changing area to clean seem to just do their work without saying anything, and it feels like they’re there for no reason; a brief “Excuse me, we’ll be cleaning” would make me feel more at ease.

I liked everything, from the very easy checking process, the very helpful and polite staff, the exceptionally clean room, the best onsen/spa i have seen in Japan and of course the splendid breakfast which is more like a brunch! Including noddle soup, prawn tempura, sashimi, eggs and bacon, beef, pastries and much more. Everything was perfect 👌

The breakfast was exceptional, the onsen amazing, and the location convenient. I didn’t find any major issues, though I might have preferred a slightly softer pillow.
