The description does not match what we found at all: the room (and all other rooms) is in the basement, with two small windows. So everything is souterrain! The included breakfast is obtained via coupons at restaurants that are a 10‑30 minute walk away.

Everything we saw was to our liking. The staff were friendly, kind, attentive and helpful. The furnishings are modern, lovingly arranged, every detail is spot on. Cleanliness is top‑class. The bathroom is spacious and the location is great, but there's a washing machine at the door of the room that we can't use, and the mini‑fridge is too small and shared with other rooms.

Huge TV and very nice shower. It was located in basement and windows were street floor level. The sound isolation was not so good. Uncomfortably high pillows

The location is a 10‑minute walk from Split’s Old Town. It was very clean, spacious and pleasant. A plus is that street parking is free and there is no paid zone.
