Hotel Tau Art Residence

I stayed there for two nights and the whole night was filled with loud noise that seeped through the rooms, and the cheap pool was unnecessary for a quick dip.

The location is good, but right now there's a construction site nearby. Breakfast was fine, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely come back.

Great room, modern facilities, excellent breakfast and kind staff. Very close to.main street of zona colonial and a 15 min walk from where the buses connecting with the rest of the country have their station. The stairs were a bit inconvenient having a stroller with us, also when I made the booking was supposed to be a room with 2 double beds, but we got one with a double and a single. Also we arrived at 13.45 and after our documents were processed we were told that the checkin starts from 15.00 (not that the room is not available). I understand the policy and everything, but the hotel seemed quite empty and would have been nice to be able to check in right away, especially having 2 small kids with us

The hotel looks nice and is in a fairly central spot. The room smelled musty and wasn’t very clean. We were given a different room than the one we had booked.

The facilities and their location are good, but the pool water had a lot of chlorine.
