Excellent value for money. The hotel takes care of everything—food, drinks, alcohol, entertainment—all included, so I didn’t have to worry about anything. The pool is kid‑free, giving guests a peaceful spot to relax. I’m grateful to all the hardworking staff and especially to the manager who let me check out late, which made my last day before the flight much more comfortable. I’ll definitely return next year.

Cleanliness, attentive and efficient staff, food is okay. The elevators sometimes didn’t work, but that was fixed.

Good food, mainly. The location is convenient, close to Nesebar Old Town. It’s fairly quiet, except for the nightly entertainment. The bed covers and duvets are far too small, and the reception staff could have been a bit more helpful.
