The location is good. No staff could understand Malayalam or English.
Being close to the bus station was convenient. The furniture inside the room was inexplicably sticky, and the TV didn’t work.
“Poor hotel”
This place had some major issues, but the location was actually pretty great. It's right in the heart of the city, so you're close to all the action. Unfortunately, the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping us out - we had to ask multiple times for things like extra towels and a working TV remote. The cleanliness was also a major problem, with stains on the carpet and a weird smell in the room.

I was really impressed with the service at this hotel - the staff were friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The hotel itself was in a great location, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I was a bit worried that the room might be noisy, but it was actually really quiet and comfortable. Overall, I was really happy with my stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
