Holiday Inn Express Changsha Kaifu by IHG

“Will use this hotel again”

This place is a great value, with friendly and helpful staff to boot. I was really happy with my stay here, especially considering the price. The staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Overall, I'd definitely recommend it.

“Enjoyed and worth my money need to refurbish the carpets”

The location was super convenient and everything was tidy, but the carpet rug had a pretty awful smell, like it needed to be replaced. And to make matters worse, there was a lingering smell of smoke everywhere. It was a bit of a letdown, but I guess you get what you pay for.

The breakfast here was amazing - loads of food and it was all really clean and fresh. The service was top class too, staff were really friendly and helpful. I felt really well looked after.

“Clean and nice”

This place was spotless and had brand new furniture, which was a nice touch. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was delicious, not too spicy at all. I was really happy with my stay here.

The place was clean and looked great, and the staff were really friendly. However, I had a bit of a language barrier since no one spoke English, which made things a bit tricky. The rooms were a bit basic, like there were no robes, and it was a bit of a walk to the city center, but at least there was a shop just around the corner. Overall, it was an okay stay, but could've been better with a few more amenities.
