“It was a pleasant surprise”

Good value for the rate. Extremely helpful staff who went beyond the scope of what’s usually expected in order to help me solve a very important personal issue in while I was Khon Kaen. Very convenient location; close to a lot of go-to places. The premises were in top-notch condition. The breakfast: while complimentary, it was bit too restrictive in choices. I wouldn’t say the food was bad. I felt, though, that it catered more to a local taste; that of a more local clientele than to that of a Euro-American travelers

“Good for short stay.”

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were helpful; the location was a bit rough, the breakfast didn’t cater to Western tastes and had too much pork—I’d have liked an omelette—and the coffee was poor, as usual in hotels.

The place is very beautiful and clean, very close to public services, so you don’t need any transport to meet your daily needs, and the hotel staff are friendly and cooperative with everyone.
