“Très bon hôtel”
A very good hotel, perfectly located.
“Os funcionários fazem a diferença. Um excelente atendimento.”
The breakfast is a strong point: a fantastic baguette, good butter, a decent cheese and excellent coffee; it doesn't offer as many options as many other hotels, but the basics are of an excellent standard. The price could be a bit better, especially for someone who has stayed there before, though that's understandable given that the 16th arrondissement is indeed expensive.

Hair everywhere on the carpet, dust on the room phone, the baby bed was folded and without a sheet.
The location is great, but the staff left something to be desired.

Well situated, but the reception was not very professional, the room was okay but the individual lights didn't work. The room was at the very end of the building, on the 3rd floor you had to cross the terrace and climb a staircase to the 4th.!!! In short, we probably won't return.
