The owners and staff were very friendly, and I got a discount at a tasty nearby restaurant; when I made a booking mistake, the help was immediate, friendly, and competent – that’s how service should be everywhere.

The automated check‑in worked well and the price was good. The only downside was finding spiders in the building.

“Keine Empfehlung”

The place was very clean and the breakfast surprisingly good. However, this accommodation is absolutely unsuitable for families and even for business travelers on the move. There seem to be shady dealings related to the horizontal trade, perhaps other issues as well. It’s a busy place with a lot of comings and goings, and the operator should be careful who they let into the motel to keep control. The glass sliding door in the bathroom doesn’t really close properly, and the motion sensor in the bathroom is completely out of place—it wakes everyone up if someone needs to use the bath. Since it’s a motel and no staff are on site, everyone should know that. We stayed for one night on the way and cannot recommend it. The attached restaurant, about a 5‑minute drive away, is worth recommending.

The room was spacious, had a small kitchen, and was clean. There was no air conditioning and no soap or shower gel, so I had to go out again to get those.
