The place sits right on the Kocher Jagst bike trail. Everything is modern and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Even a kettle was arranged so I could make my cough syrup.

The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was superb, and it was perfect for us cyclists because the bikes could be stored securely in the locked bike room. It wasn’t completely quiet because of the central location.

The location was great, close to the town centre yet still quiet, and the nearby park invited walks; there were enough free parking spaces. The room lacked a luggage rack.

The breakfast is outstanding: fresh fruit salad, fresh spreads, real scrambled eggs, and a very nice atmosphere. The city center is less than 5 minutes on foot. Parking is free on a lot in front of the building. The only drawback was that they didn’t have Württemberg wine at the bar; regional wine should be a basic offering at a hotel bar in that area.
