Sunshine Lodge Inn is located 2 minutes' drive from Gibsons town centre, offering free Wi-Fi and a seasonal outdoor pool. Rooms feature flat-screen cable TVs, seating areas, refrigerators, microwaves, and work desks. Some units have kitchenettes. The inn is close to Langdale ferry terminal, Sunshine Coast Golf & Country Club, and vending machines on site provide snacks and drinks.

The room was spacious, yet it sat right next to the pool with a large sliding door. It was great, but a dedicated time for pool and table use would help, because the loud conversation at 2:00 am woke me up.

I adored the little garden courtyard! The staff were friendly and everything was very clean. The bathtub and shower could use some improvement; the bathroom is lovely but the tub and surrounding grout are lacking.

The room was newly renovated as advertised, clean, spacious and comfortable, and the complimentary coffee/tea and water/ice machines in the lobby were a nice perk, with staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful; everything was wonderful, except I wish there had been a light fixture over the sink/kitchenette area.

The bedding was clean, but the shower was inconvenient; the fixed‑type rain head isn’t child‑friendly and the water flow is weak, plus the hot‑water temperature drops during peak times.
