The staff seemed pretty nice, but my bathroom had a weird mix of smells—sometimes cigarette, sometimes chemical, sometimes perfume, as if coming through the vents, and it was strong and unpleasant. The cleaning crew removed the toilet paper roll bar and left it on the table, which seemed like an oversight. The mattress was a bit too soft, the pillows thin, the towels thin, and the carpet wasn’t very clean.
