The cleanliness, the owner’s friendliness and availability, the proximity to the city center, and the value for money are all excellent. A coffee machine in the room would be top!

The staff were very friendly, the view from the location toward the mountains is excellent, especially in winter when it snows – it’s superb, quiet, and you’ll find almost everything you need for a short stay. Cleanliness and hot water were not lacking. The bed was extremely comfortable, leaving you well rested. Rooms with balconies are gorgeous, and having breakfast or dinner on the balcony is extraordinary. In the bathroom there was no towel hook, and the room lacked furniture or chairs to put luggage or clothes on (not everyone uses the wardrobe). In room 2, where I stayed, the radiator was positioned behind the bed and didn’t emit enough heat to warm the room; fortunately I had a space heater. I suggest placing a new radiator next to the door. Also, in winter the kitchen is cold – an electric heater and more radiators in the rooms would help.

Everything was new, clean (I was lodged in the new wing of the inn), and the owners were extraordinarily kind.
