The location and the politeness of the staff were positives. At the same price, the room sizes varied; one was smaller.

The staff behaved poorly.

Everything matched expectations and was pleasant: neat and clean rooms, a very comfortable bed with clean white bedsheets. The hotel is near the temple and next to the beach, and several restaurants are close by. All good.
“Not value for money”
The only thing worth mentioning is the location; everything else was a disappointment. The building feels ancient, and getting to the sea beach takes 5‑10 minutes through a narrow channel that’s almost always jammed with crowds and traffic. Only two staff members are present—one at reception and another as security—so there’s no real service. In one of the two rooms we booked, the AC never cooled the room even after running it for a long time. The staff are inflexible, refusing early check‑in or late check‑out, and there’s no on‑site management; the remote property manager is unreachable. The hotel’s name doesn’t match the signage, and overall the experience was bad—I’ll never return, and I’d advise others to stay elsewhere for comfort.
