It sits across from the SM mall, which I think is the heart of the city.

They supplied a hair dryer, a thick blanket, tissues, and a towel; check‑in and check‑out were smooth, and free water, Netflix, and Wi‑Fi were available, plus a nice balcony view. The water pump battery died on the first night, so we didn’t really get to use the free water, but that’s not a big deal since SM is right across.

The hotel’s close to a mall and a coffee shop, but it needs maintenance and there aren’t enough elevators.

Across from SM City Cebu, the balcony view is lovely. You have to insert the key for the air‑con, and the room fits a couple or three people.
