“Zeer vriendelijk host, leuk verblijf!”

We were greeted so warmly! The room was clean, nicely decorated, and the bed was quite large; we didn’t cook but it was possible. The shower is above the sink but works fine. There are plenty of items you can use, very welcoming! The only downside was that there was no outside light, though we didn’t spend much time in the room over the two nights.

The apartment is roomy, well-equipped with a kitchen, toiletries in the bathroom, and personal touches like board games, craft supplies, and more. The vibe is warm and inviting, and the location is great—King’s Palace is a walk away, plus nearby streets with restaurants and nightlife. The bus stop and subway are also within walking distance, and a Seven Eleven is close by, which is always handy. Above all, the host was very warm and exceptionally friendly. We celebrated a girl’s birthday and she arranged balloons and a “Happy Birthday” sign for us upon arrival. She responded quickly to every question and the overall personal touch was outstanding. The mattresses are a bit firm but still comfortable. The bathroom is spacious, clean, and generously stocked with various soaps and towels, and it includes both a shower and a toilet separated by a glass partition, all in one space rather than two separate rooms.

Lidia was very friendly when we got to the guesthouse, and even though our flight was delayed, she took the time to explain the guesthouse and Seoul. The studio was small but cozy, and we had a great stay! The neighborhood has more character than touristy places like Myeongdong and Ikseon-dong. The narrow lanes, where traditional hanoks mix with modern houses and many good restaurants, are a perfect way to learn about “real” Seoul. It’s also very close to panoramic viewpoints such as 무무대 전망대 (look it up on Google Maps or better yet Naver Maps). Highly recommended!

“Korean home stay. Great location and property”

A great homestay in Seoul. Plenty of restaurants nearby, close to many tourist sights. The house is fully equipped, giving a real Korean experience. Wonderful host. As an elderly couple, walking 500 m from public transport to the property was a minor issue; taxis were a better option. Otherwise no issues.

“Ein wunderbarer Start in unseren Aufenthalt in Südkorea”

The location was excellent. From there you could reach every destination easily. The room was very clean. Lydia welcomed us warmly and gave us useful tips for our stay in Seoul. The room also had helpful items such as a washing machine, dryer, air‑conditioning, toiletries, a hair dryer, kettle, tea bags, and more.
