The spot is spot on—super central, right next to everything, and Mr Bryan was a big help.

The location is handy, close to Hồ Gươm and the Old Town, the staff were enthusiastic, the room was spacious, comfortable, and the price was reasonable. The flip‑flops in the room weren’t clean, the room had a lot of dust, the balcony door was hard to open, and the wall corners were peeling and hadn’t been maintained properly.

The hotel sits in a great spot, right in the heart of the city, and we were given a room with a balcony, which was nice. It wasn’t clean, the hot water didn’t always work, the bed and pillows were very hard, and even though there was some sound insulation, we still heard quite a bit from the street.
