Hotel Balance

The breakfast was good and varied, with both sweet and savory options; the staff were friendly and helpful, and the sea view was lovely. However, the rooms felt a bit dated, and at check‑in the room wasn’t properly cleaned—there was trash from previous guests, sand, and a dirty bathroom floor—so I had to complain at reception and they fixed it.

“Silenzioso e rilassante.”

The hotel is nice, and the staff are kind and smiling. The only issue is that the step to the balcony is barely visible.

“La prima volta a Milano Marittima”

Everything was perfect, from the staff’s availability, kindness, and hospitality. They handle customer needs flawlessly. Thanks to Serena (I’d have come just for the phone courtesy), Gabriele, Veronica, Elena, Raphael in the lounge, pastry chef Carolina… for me, “gluten free” was the first time I found such variety and excellent quality! The only downside is that I stayed only a few days—I would have stayed for six months!

I would have liked pens and notepads in the rooms. I couldn’t understand why, even though the towels are still fairly clean and not left on the floor as correctly indicated, they are changed every day, which I think is nice but a bit wasteful.
