The hotel’s location is ideal, just across from the gorgeous Kleopatra beach; the spacious room offers sea and mountain views, and the staff are friendly and ready to help when needed. The only downside is the food’s price/quality ratio.

The hotel’s location and staff are clearly its strengths: very welcoming, friendly, available, and attentive to guests, which really makes the stay more pleasant. First, the hotel is really noisy; sound insulation is insufficient— even with the windows closed, you can clearly hear outside noises. Inside, door slams and corridor sounds are also very audible, which can be quite annoying for anyone seeking a calm, restful stay. Regarding meals, the food is good but remains rather average for an all‑inclusive hotel; there is variety, but the quality could be improved.

The location is great and the staff fantastic, but the food was terrible.

The meals were tasty and the staff were smiling, but we were told cleaning only happened every three days, and the towels weren’t changed for three days after we arrived even when we asked. The room was also far too small for two people.

Everything was pleasing, I was satisfied with the vacation. The staff were friendly, the food was very tasty and varied, the room was clean, and the hotel’s location is great.
