The room itself was clean, but the bathroom was old.

Overall it was good, but tea and coffee weren't offered in the morning because there is no onsite restaurant.

The staff were very rude, didn't give a bill for just 2 extra hours which wasn't informed in advance, and took extra money; boycott Bombay Residency Mangalore or its name will be damaged. Nothing good in the property.
