The hotel’s location and rooms were good, but the reception felt temporary, empty, and poorly maintained. The room cleaning left the bathroom and room floor unwashed; only a spray and a mop were used, yet dirt remained. Even the elevators were not cleaned properly.

I had been waiting for your hotel to open for a while, especially since I often travel with partners and think the location is excellent. Still, switching from my usual hotel chain to trust you wasn’t an easy choice, especially after being very satisfied with my previous experience and my old chain’s flexibility. In Morocco, a little flexibility and understanding can really make a difference. Being told to vacate my room before 12:30 or face an extra night felt overly strict. I’m not used to that kind of treatment, particularly when a bit of commercial flexibility could keep a client loyal. I just want to share this feedback because I sincerely hope your establishment becomes a go‑to spot for my business trips and those of my partners, and I trust you’ll consider this comment constructively.
