“Excellent”

Excellent B&B, 8 minutes walk to the town walls. Beautiful room, quiet, spotless, and the hosts were extremely friendly with excellent English. Safe parking right in front of the house, which sits on a very quiet side road. Lots of fruit at breakfast is always a plus. Excellent coffee. I would recommend it and stay there again. The bread at breakfast could be improved.

Ms. Maria was extremely kind and thoughtful; we really appreciated the attention to detail—there were a kettle and tea bags, candies, water in the mini‑fridge, excellent cleanliness, and the breakfast was exceptional: very generous and with a wide variety of homemade cakes. Compliments to Mr. Carmine.

“Amazing place to comfortably stay and experience Assisi.”

We loved this place! Very comfortable and clean, and the owner is amazing! Everything was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was SO good and far better than expected. Don’t hesitate to choose this place. We loved the walk to the center, but it could be a bit longer for some.

Courtesy, excellent welcome, and maximum availability from the owner, who has devoted many years to this activity with great enthusiasm and passion. The breakfast service was impeccable and the ingredients were carefully chosen, with a wide range of options to suit personal preferences. The property is very nice, intimate, well‑maintained, and clean, just a few hundred metres from the historic centre of Assisi, but in a sufficiently detached location to guarantee absolute tranquility and relaxation. I highly recommend it!
