“Just stayed for the night but the room was great and the bar was good too. Good stay and probably just a bit pricy becau”

The place is clean and full of character, but there’s no air conditioning—fans were the only cooling option. I had to call reception for an ironing board, which was fine, but at that price I’d have preferred it to be in the room.

“A wonderful hotel with beautiful rooms.”

The hotel is beautiful, right in the centre of Dorchester, perfect for family visits. A large free carpark is a great convenience, and the fridge in the room was a nice touch. Only two chairs were provided. The staff were friendly and did everything possible for us. I liked everything.

The hotel was clean, the shower great, and the location convenient. I would have preferred a slightly larger room.

The selection was comprehensive and the value good. Carmen at reception made us feel truly welcome. Nothing springs to mind.

The location, style and feel of the hotel were appealing. Breakfast was not included but an extra.
