Central spot in Shimoga, roomy and comfy, staff super helpful, and the breakfast and dinner buffets were wonderful!

The location is great, staff are helpful and friendly, and the food was decent. However, a glitch meant they couldn’t locate my booking even though I’d paid and booked three months earlier because I expected it to be full for a conference. I had to call repeatedly to resolve it, and they offered a downgraded room at the same price I’d paid.

The location and facilities were great, but the food could use more variety.
