The host was very supportive during a hectic moment for many Newark Airport travelers delayed by an Air Traffic Control communication shutdown. She accommodated my needs with flexible travel arrangements. The facility wasn’t a 4 or 5‑star hotel, but the staff made up for that with great support and service. I can’t complain about anything because I needed their help and was happy they provided it.

I recently stayed at Motel Casa Guest House and had a pleasant experience; the place was clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained, the staff were friendly and always available to help with any requests, and the location was convenient, close to main roads and nearby shops, making it easy to get around.
