I could communicate quickly with the staff, and they were very kind! It was a pity the water from the water server wasn’t tasty.

There are two rooms with large beds and a dining area, and the pool is very nice. It’s really comfortable, and the staff treated us very well.

“Agréable séjour et villa situé au calme de l’agitation d’ubud”

The staff were genuinely very pleasant. The villa was spotless and matched the photos exactly. It’s close to the center (by grab) but walking access is tricky and not very enjoyable; a scooter is preferable. The villa remains quiet. The only drawback is that some essential kitchen equipment is missing, though it’s not a major issue.

The house is spacious, well‑organized, and conveniently located with plenty of shops nearby while still being calm enough to relax. The owner is very responsive and attentive, and the value for money is excellent. Minor issues that could be improved: 1) the bedding – the sheets were clean but had stains, some were torn with cigarette marks; 2) the showerheads smelled like rotten eggs when opened (probably not cleaned in a long time) and there were spider webs everywhere. The pool area had loungers that were dirty and damp, making it impossible to sit on them. Small reptiles were also present, but that’s common around the island.
