The location is quiet. The bed, AC, lock, TV, and pool were all problematic.
“Deberian meterle un poco mas de onda y la remontan”
We went to be near the stadium in Arlington. There’s no seating area in the patio, and you have to ask for the room to be cleaned or they’ll ignore it. The lobby is closed and they only attend you through a small window like a tent.

The staff weren’t great but they were decent. At checkout I asked for my invoice, and they said they couldn’t give it because I booked online and the booking site would send it, but I haven’t received it yet.
“Nice people … need better cleaning services and new bedding”
The staff were friendly. However, the room was labeled non‑smoking but still smelled of smoke; the bedding had burnt cigarette holes in the sheets and mattress, and the curtains did too. Towels were dirty, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and I had to buy my own cleaning supplies before use.
The pool was decent, but they told us it was closed at check‑in. I’d called ahead to confirm it was open before booking, and when I mentioned I’d contact the booking site for a refund, they said we could use the pool. The staff were rude, floors were dirty, and they tried to prevent us from using the pool. People walked around the parking lot all night and all day, and staff stuck their heads in our room, behaving very poorly.
