We booked three rooms, received confirmation from the location, and were told about a late check‑in time, yet when we arrived we were “kissed by a wall.” The hotel was locked, lights off, and no one was there; phone calls to the booking number went unanswered. When we called the hotel door, we were told the hotel was fully occupied and there was no place to stay, and no solution was offered. The confirmation from booking was answered by someone else in Zhytomyr at 12 am, leaving the three of us to find accommodation because of the hotel’s irresponsibility.

Nothing pleased me; it is one of the worst hotels I have been to. There is no parking – soap is only near the shower, the soap dispenser by the sink didn’t work. Shampoo is missing, the toilet flush is poorly working and sometimes doesn’t close after flushing – the water was warm, I was there in autumn and it was a challenge to take a shower. Towels and bedding were not very clean, the room was dirty and everything was old. There is no sound insulation, everything is audible around. Especially loud early in the morning when residents start taking out trash from rooms and discuss it – there is no air‑conditioner, internet is weak, I sat by the door to try to catch it and work – the light switch in the room was in the corridor, you have to go to the corridor to turn the light on or off. Breakfast – words are insufficient, I am adding photos.

It was very cold and there was no hot water, otherwise everything was generally fine.

I liked that there was an air‑conditioner and it was comfortable to sleep warm.
