“Hôtel correct mais travaux à prévoir côté piscine et plage”
The room was modern and spotless, and the free shuttle got us into town in about seven minutes. The beach left a lot to be desired, with worn‑out deck chairs and a pool that needed work, and the breakfast was decent but fell short of true five‑star quality.
Breakfast was very extensive, but the air‑conditioned interior was so cold that we ate outside instead. The rooms were nice and tidy. The location is far from the center, and the price is high for Kuta and Lombok.
“Luxury”
The pool, the breakfast and Bahri was a legend. The cost was more expensive but understandably 5 star, and the timing of the dinner was poor as each meal came out at very different times but this is not a big deal

The beach and staff were great, the breakfast was fabulous, and the team really focused on customer satisfaction. Some rooms had a bit of dampness; a dehumidifier would help. The gym is tiny and not well suited to current wellness trends.
The breakfast was spectacular, catering to every need, and the attention to detail was impressive. The property is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable, with a private beach. I didn’t like the pool; it didn’t feel like Bali at all.
