SureStay Hotel by Best Western Wells

The front desk team was very friendly, and the room turned out to be surprisingly nice. No complaints.

“Felt well taken care of by staff, bed was comfortable, room was clean, some clear wear and tear.”

The staff were sweet and helpful. The fan unit was very loud.

“Give me my fkn refund”

I arrived late at night and found the hotel overbooked while the whole city was sold out; they promised to cancel my booking and refund me with no charges, but I still can’t get a refund. I need my money back.

“Sure stay is a great if you are in need of a small hotel that gives you some bang for your buck ! The staff was extremel”

The spot is right off the highway and close to gas stations, which I liked, and there are laundry machines available—just make sure you have quarters. I didn’t like that I couldn’t control the in‑room air conditioner.
