The location is central, and you can move to several points and change experiences. The room was acceptable, comfortable, but had no extras; the shower water, bathroom, light, fan, and air conditioning worked fine. Even though the room is moderately comfortable, it also lacks an elevator, the stairs are steep, especially on the fourth floor. The first floor has no rooms, the entrance is surrounded by trash, and the front desk or reception is very messy. Additionally, they left me waiting outside in the rain for at least 25 minutes with no one attending, even though they supposedly close reception at 9 pm (I arrived at 8:10 pm). There was no kettle or cup to make at least a cup of coffee.

The lady who runs the place was incredibly friendly and the location was very close to the Grand Palace and Khao San Road, though the air‑conditioning was a bit off.

I was pleased enough to book again; the bed and floor made the room comfortable, though the street at night is safe but the area feels poor.
