“Trato humano y familiar”

The hotel sits on the outskirts of Santiago and is unbeatable; parking is free on the street, the area is very quiet, there’s a bus stop right next to it, and taxis are fast and reasonably priced. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is great, and everything is spotless. What really sets it apart is the family that runs it—Noelia and her father, Rafa, make a real difference by welcoming you and helping with anything you need. If you stay, try the restaurant they run across from the hotel; it’s all excellent. My stay was a pleasure.

The staff were very friendly, but the bathroom isn’t suitable for older guests, there are no double beds on the first floor, and there’s no elevator to reach the second floor.

The room was spacious, the bed huge, and the staff very friendly. It was in front of the bar‑restaurant, and at night it was noisy.
