The room was spotless, the staff super friendly and the spa by Stefa was fantastic after a tiring day. Everything was a plus. I recommend it.

Poniatowa isn’t particularly attractive, with architecture straight out of the PRL, but the hotel’s location next to a nice park is a plus. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The restaurant offered a good selection of inexpensive dishes and breakfast was tasty. The sauna and steam room were fine, but the tiny pool with cold water was a disappointment instead of a jacuzzi. The rooms need renovation, especially the dirty carpet rugs that give an unpleasant impression, and the shower cabin is very small.

The hotel’s location is fine, but the cleanliness is lacking; the fridge still had leftovers from the previous guest even after I reported it, and no staff bothered to remove them.
